Having spent over 25 years studying each aspect of the body from the point of view of alternative therapies, I believed there is a need for an holistic solution to coping with the demands of modern life.
I am conviced that the balance of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the human body are directly linked to long-term health. No GP or health practitioner can help us until we choose to help ourselves by becoming involved and committed to our own healing process.

I am trained practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy , NO HANDS Massage , Practitioner, a graduate of the Scottish School of Reflexology , with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy , a Life Coach , completed a Teacher Training Course For Louise L Hay , and a Reiki Master.

Plus 25 years experience in the health-care field working with people with a wide range of disabilities. A member of the highly professional NO HANDS Massage Association. I abide by their unique Code of Responsibility, which means that your safety and comfort is my primary concern and I work to the highest clinical standards.

The practice is conveniently located just off the A9 between Stirling and Perth, enjoys a tranquil location in the beautiful Strathearn valley with Craig Rossie in the background. Can be reached by car from Edinburgh and Glasgow in 45 and 65 minutes respectively and from Gleneagles and Perth railway stations in under 15 minutes.

Why not enjoy the stunning and relaxing drive with easy parking and a chance to go on a woodland walk after your treatment.

WHAT IF I LIVE TOO FAR AWAY?
It is actually quite normal for clients to travel for an hour or two to their session. Actually this can be an advantage! The time you spend travelling is time to begin your session and start reflecting on what you need and how you want to feel at the end – two questions you will be asked by me every time!
If you prioritise your personal well being and growth in this way, then you will value the thinking and reflection space that these journeys provide.
